Dr. Becs Rogers is a global security specialist whose work spans counterterrorism, disinformation, foreign malign influence, and governance in high-stakes environments across four continents. A Public Policy Ph.D. and former Stanford University Counterterrorism Fellow, Dr. Rogers brings deep expertise in designing and leading complex programs at the intersection of national security, intelligence, and international capacity building.

As Program Manager at Motive International, she directs a portfolio of non-proliferation and security governance initiatives, specializing in irregular warfare, strategic competition, and crisis response training. Previously, Dr. Rogers led research in extremism and radicalization and was part of a team advising federal agencies as a Senior Socio-Cultural Analyst with Protagonist by supporting narrative analysis and cultural diplomacy efforts.

Her academic and professional contributions include published research on violent extremism, post-disaster governance, and the socio-psychological drivers of foreign policy collaboration. She has briefed senior decision-makers in the U.S. and abroad, presented research at international security summits, and trained future intelligence professionals. Her current career path is defined by a dedication to strengthening global stability, advancing evidence-based policy, and bridging the gap between research and operational readiness.
