Rayne Hawkins is an adjunct professor for the Emergency Management and Homeland Security program. They have worked for the program as a researcher with the Center for Disaster Risk Policy (CDRP), a teaching assistant in the Emergency Management and Homeland Security (EMHS) program, and a UAS pilot, logistics specialist, and geospatial data technician for the Disaster Incident Research Team (DIRT) since 2020. Rayne holds a Bachelor of Science in Environment & Society, a Master of Science in Geography, and is now pursuing a PhD in Geography.
